Super friendly, effective and helpful takeover. Would come back!

Au niveau de la communication avec le propriétaire tout c'est bien passé. Je suis habituée à rouler en camping-car et en montagne. Jai trouve compliqué de récupérer le véhicule au centre-ville de Glasgow, et de le rendre à cet endroit surtout pour des voyageurs qui découvrent l'expérience de la conduite à gauche pour la première fois, et circuler à Glasgow et difficile est très difficile. beaucoup de panneaux d'interdiction de tourner à droite ou juste autorisé pour les bus ou les taxis. J'ai roulé à Édimbourg, je n'avais pas les mêmes problèmes de circulation. Le van se conduit très bien, il est très confortable à la conduite. Les options sont très agréables et très sécurisantes. Par contre le véhicule avait quelques soucis. La batterie etait faible, je devais démarrer le moteur pour éviter que la plaque de cuisson ne se coupe ou que les Lumières ne s'arrêtent dans la soirée. Le matin pour se faire un café tout simplement, il faut démarrer le moteur pour recharger la batterie. Je ne trouve pas cela très écologique. Il y a eu une fuite d'eau au niveau du toit et le matelas intérieur a été humide. Il manque également à mon avis pour ceux qui ont des problèmes de dos, un petit matelas à poser sur les sièges déplier pour faire le lit. La jonction entre les différentes parties peut faire mal au dos. Penser à prendre un fil de linge, pour parfois étendre du linge humide lors de vos arrêts. On tient deux jours en autonomie, voire plus si on fait sa toilette dans la rivière. Il y a beaucoup de place en Écosse se garer gratuitement. Mais dans l'ensemble j'ai adoré utiliser ce van. je pense que si le propriétaire change la batterie ou répare la fuite d'eau, ou propose un autre endroit de dépôt, ce sera un véhicule 100% top.

We had a really great experience both with Luis and his van! Van has some mileage but runs really good and I enjoyed driving it. Bed and all is very nice!

We rented the camper for 2 weeks and had a wonderful vacation with the support of Arthur and Marine. The owners of the van were exceptionally helpful with suggestions, tips, and the best apps to use in the area. They were extremely accommodating, and provided everything we could need in the van - including a welcome gift.The van was comfortable, easy to drive, and was a good size for exploring France. We very much enjoyed our trip, and would happily recommend this rental. Merci Arthur et Marine!

I had the best experience! The van was perfectly set up, practical, comfortable and very clean. It had everything we needed for a beautiful trip. Communication was clear and responsive to any questions we had. Friendly staff, 100% booking again with Black Sheep 🙌

Pablo was an absolute legend, was so helpful and answered any questions we had very promptly. Both him and his van made our trip so special and smooth. I highly recommend hiring this van.His dog ika was a princess and we got to meet her when we picked up and van and dropped it off.

Wow! What a super friendly and lovely couple Susana and Eduardo. So helpful with everything. Very thorough in going through the RV with printed out instructions if you need later. It was such a nice experience renting the RV from them. Definitely not the last time.

We had such a wonderful time in the van. It was 12 days full of adventure and exploring. The space inside the van was perfect for our family of 3 and Joao was always on hand to help us. I highly recommend everyone to rent his van.

Desde que llegamos la atención de Maria fue la mejor, nos explico con funcionaba todo de una manera muy fácil, tanto que durante los 8 días de camper no tuvimos ningún problema. La limpieza de la autocaravana es de cinco estrellas, sabanas limpias y planchadas, toallas todo lo necesario para que estes cómodo y sin preocupaciones. Lo único malo es que ya extrañamos mucho la autocaravana y queremos volver muy pronto. Gracias por la excelente servicio y limpieza.

Angelo was great throughout the whole process. The van was small but spacious, sleeping was very comfortable!

I would speak first about Michelle and how kind and friendly she was. She went over and above to help and accommodate everything we needed, she even bought a little gift for our baby which was really nice of her. The Van was great, worked just fine, took us everywhere with no issue but the only drawback was the AC not working but it wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t for the heatwave and that’s why we had to return the van the last couple of nights as we couldn’t handle the heat with a baby and no AC, and Michelle and Raul were really accommodating and understood the situation. On the other side, Raul wasn’t the best when it came to returning the last couple of nights refund as he decided to charge me for damages in the van that I clearly stated that weren’t caused by me but can’t complain as Michelle really left no room to complain.   Thanks guys.

Tiki was such a wonderful little van, Rita has added so many nice touches that make the van feel like home. It has such a unique style, and everyone wanted to take a look at it. I loved Tiki and Portugal, would definitely come back!!

Sandro was very friendly and accommodating and even gave us use of two bikes which fit easily in the 'garage' under the main bed.We have no Spanish, but managed quite well using google translate to communicate with Sandro. Sandro asked where suited us to meet and went through the camper and how everything worked before leaving, ensuring all our questions were answered. Hand over and return was quick and easy.The camper was the perfect size for us ( 2 adults + 2 children (13+9) with two good sized beds, a useable kitchen/ dining area and large fridge. It came with all the necessary utensils, bed linen and towels. The camper was in very good condition with only one or two very minor issues, but other than these, perfect.We really enjoyed the few days and the freedom it gave us to explore the Island. Our only regret is that we probably should of booked it for longer.We would highly recommend Sandro and his Camper.

Jelle looked after our motorhome really well. It came back clean and tidy. Good communication. We d happily hire to them again

Had a great trip through Europe for a month. Tami and Raphael were very responsive and friendly Had issues with the fridge working on 12v but on 240v at campsites it was fine. Other than that, the van was perfect for our trip. Would recommend!
