Francois is a great owner. Simple, to the point, brandnew campervan. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience with this car and owner. DO NOT RENT IT! The car is old and filled with a lot of dents. At the end of the renting period the owner accused us of some of the dents, luckily we had pictures and videos to prove him wrong. But right now we still have to battle with insurance and him. The seats are full of holes and the car seems in a general bad condition.

Me and my friends rented van of Antonio for over a week and had a great time. The vehicle was very clean, everything worked well and it didn't get even too hot inside despite the hot temperatures outside. Moreover Antonio is very kind, he prepared and explained us everything, was always available for any questions. Really great experience, I can highly recommend renting the van from Antonio!

Diana and her family were great customers, she planned all the details in advanced and communicated accurately everything they needed. They took good care of our campervan, leaving everything tidy and clean. They are open, honest and an easy-going nice family.

We had a great time and José is a fantastic host. The van was smooth to drive and the engine strong. The only downside was that the battery runs out if you stay at the same place for more then 2 nights, otherwise a fantastic experience

We had a fantastic time on our week long journey with the campervan! Vehicle itself is brand new and is in flawless condition. Was very enjoyable to drive, easy to set up for those camping nights and very comfortable overall. We had a great and fun experience.Didier and Maryse are such a wonderful couple, we are very lucky to have met them! Huge huge thanks to them for their help and support on our trip!100% recommend! And 100% hope to return for more! ;)

Great person to deal with. Hired at short notice as my van wasn’t ready. When the collected the van he talked me through how everything worked. We did have a minor issue but was resolved promptly

Rhe whole experience was great. Dana was great to deal with, communication with Dana was very easy, she was very helpful and facilitated a very late pickup. The campervan is great, works perfectly and does not use a lot of diesel. We did a very long trip with no issues.Thanks Dana for a great experience.

A lovely rental

The owner Anabela was lovely to work with. She is helpful and prompt in responding to questions. In my personal opinion the van needs a little work. I have had old vans in the past but there are some things that I wish I knew before renting it. - The radio/speaker's do not work, which was disappointing on long drives. - There are no USB/ charing points in the entire van,, which is very annoying for trips that are longer than a day or two as there is no way to charge your phone. - We had issues with the fridge, as the gas did not keep the fridge cold enough and the food went bad very quickly. Annabela said it now fixed however, we did try every option when camping and nothing worked. So if you're planning on not using 220V this could be potentially an issue. - The awning needs a new screw to hold the leg up in place, we had to to a tree branch. - The camping chairs could be improved by having backs on them, as they are only little stools and are hard to relax on them. My overall experience was good, however this van can do with a little upgrade and minor fixes/ changes to make the entire experience better.

Everything was well managed from start to finish. Roo told us what to expect of the van. She has fuelled up and filled with water. The van was lovely and clean. All bedding etc as well as tea coffee etc. a great little can for our festival trip. Bed was comfy and fridge big enough to keep our essentials in.

Had the pleasure of renting this Van for Boom Festival 2023, and it was a great expirence. Having never rented a van before i was a bit nervous about renting a van in a different contry, but this turned out to be no problem at all. Very friendly owner and a nice review of everything before we went on our way, everything worked and it was quite a fun ride, beeing an "old lady" as the owner presented it to us it surely was, but it made our adventure alot of fun. Would recommend this owner and van to anyone :)

This was the worst experience we have had with Yescapa by far!! The vehicle was unfit for hire but we were without any alternative. The van itself in no way represented the photos provided by the owner - it had multiple previous external panel damages that had not been repaired properly. The Check Engine light was on at pickup and the owner tried to explain it away as a damaged parking light (no globe in the broken fitting). There is a large chip in the centre of the windscreen which is expanding and will eventually cause the whole windscreen to shatter. The right hand side rear indicator intermittently failed due to previous damage and caused several near accidents from vehicles and Trucks behind us when turning. I needed to pull the rear indicator assembly apart 14 times during the rental period to reseat the globe so that it would function. There was no rear vision mirror fitted and the reversing camera didn’t work. I questioned this with the owner and she replied that it worked sometimes - it didn’t work for the entirety of our rental. The front tyres of the vehicle were worn to the point that they required replacement. The internal cleanliness of the van was totally ignored by the owner - we found a babies dummy and used cotton buds under the main bed above the cabin, amongst other dirt and grime. The seat cushions and the driver and passenger seats were stained and smelly - they had not been cleaned for a very long time (if at all) and had certainly not been sanitised as required prior to the Rental. The rails for the internal curtains had screws missing and was barely hanging on. The internal heater had been destroyed, presumably by previous clients, and when we asked the owner about it, she shrugged her shoulders and said it doesn’t work. The external awning was “fixed” with cable ties and again the owner said it was broken - she gave us a beach umbrella and said, “this will work in its place”. One of the previously damaged / unrepaired external panels broke off in our first 2 days, somewhere along the road.

The hosts were very professional and accommodating, as it was a last minute trip they went above and beyond by allowing me to pick up after hours, the Motorhome was absolutely spotless, easy to use equipment a good comfortable drive, it’s my only second time driving a motorhome and by far the best experience I would definitely recommend 10/10

Andrea and Elena were fantastic guests of our Mallorca, took great care of it and returned it and clean and in pristine condition. Great pleasure to deal with you and happy to be a part of your memories of Portugal. Always welcome you back explore with DWDCAMPERS!
