Our trip to Switzerland was perfect. Communication with the owner was excellent—very professional and friendly. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The detailed videos about how to use the van and its accessories were incredibly helpful. Even though it was quite cold at night, the heater worked perfectly, and we stayed warm and comfortable. Jordi and Sarah also provided us with pillows and bed sheets at a reasonable price. They also assured us that we could contact them anytime if we had questions or issues, which gave us great peace of mind. We had such a wonderful experience and are already thinking about planning a similar trip again. Highly recommended! - Yescapa

Jenni es encantadora, nos vino a buscar al aeropuerto y luego también nos dejó allí sin ningún problema. Tanto ella como su marido Víctor nos ayudaron con cualquier duda, súper atentos los dos. Hiring was super fast and clear. Maybe bringing the deposit in cash could be communicated ahead of time, but the owner took us to a bank and parking near the beach, so it worked out great. - Yescapa
Our 9 days was just like a dream with my wife. The motorhome was in perfect condition, well equipped with lots of functions. If we had any question, Andrus the owner replied immediately. There are some roads which is not recommended, by the owner, take it seriously! We are happy to reccomend - Yescapa
The van was a living home. Inside, I found everything you needed. Everything was super comfortable and clean. Luis is a great guy and we had excellent communication. His main goal is that you enjoy the island.Unfortunately, the van's outside electric step is very low, and I touched the road close to Roque de Los Muchachos. I informed Luis right away, and we found a solution without issues. - Yescapa

We rented a caravan for 11 days in November. During that time, we completely traveled the islands of Lanzarote and Fuerteventura. It was amazing ♥️. Every night we slept in a different place without any problems, experienced different adventures, discovered different beaches, mountains, towns... The owner of the caravan Silvia was very pleasant, she introduced us in detail to the functioning of the caravan, gave us recommendations for the trip and immediately helped to solve 2 of our minor requests during the trip. She is really very willing and helpful. The caravan is older, but in good condition, works perfectly, drives well and we also really liked its interior layout. We went with three adults and everyone had their own personal space without disturbing each other. Thank you Silvia for everything and we definitely recommend it! - Yescapa
We had such a fantastic experience! we travelled with the caravan for a full month, all over Portugal. Everything worked fine, we had no issue with the caravan. Sofia and Gilberto were super helpful and answered quickly any question that came up. The caravan has solar panels and batteries, so we had free electricity all the time. I also worked from the caravan for several days, no issue. I can definitely recommend this caravan and the hosts for anybody looking to spend time in Portugal. - Yescapa
Amazing experience. Alvaro was brilliant throughout, keeping in touch and offering advice for our journey, including events happening on the island. The vehicles got amazing character and looks stunning especially amongst the fuerteventura landscape, it really added to the enjoyment of the trip. Le van était conforme à la description et en très bon état et tout neuf. Le propriétaire était accessible, communicatif et coopératif pour apporter des modifications aux dates et heures de réservation.Je l'ai pris pendant une semaine, et des oreillers et des couvertures ont été fournis avec une cafetière et quelques items de cuisine, et j'ai suggéré d'inclure quelques articles supplémentaires pour la rendre plus confortable pour les séjours plus longs.Le propriétaire a pris le temps d'expliquer certaines caractéristiques du van et m'a gentiment ramené au métro une fois la location terminée. Une excellente expérience dans l'ensemble. Je recommande. - Yescapa
We had the most wonderful 15 days this year on the Tenerife road trip with Hugo's camper van. Me and my husband as we are used to travel free as backpackers on a multiple days long trek, this year we decided to rent a camper as a more comfortable but still free way of travelling due to my pregnant belly :)). Tenerife is a heaven on earth with its biodiversity from sea endemic plants, over deep pine tree woods and laurel forest to an apocalyptic mysterious lava plateau with vulcanic craters and geological figures. We could explore every tiny hidden place of the island thanks to Hugo's perfect van equipped with original Westfalia interior, was reliable, easy to ride (especially on the narrow mountain pathways) and equipped with everything necessary. The handover on the beginning of the trip was as smooth as on our last day. The communication during the rental time with Hugo was always very friendly and prompt. Thanks a lot for the great Hugos car rental with Yescapas support in the background! Travel, eat, sleep and repeat! - Yescapa
Perfect. The owner was very nice and flexible in case we needed something. Everything went very smooth and easy. The van is a bit old, you can feel while driving but for Lanzarote it is more than enough. (Just be careful if you go to some Miradors where the road is 2m wide, it is very difficult with the van, so I wouldn't recommend it). Thanks a lot 🙏🌞 - Yescapa
We really enjoyed our 4 day trip with the camper. It drives well and is a good format for two people. The camper is not new and could do with some small improvements but overall we had a good time. Jenny is a great owner, very helpful and friendly, easy to communicate with and responsive at any time. - Yescapa
Our experience was amazing! From beginning to end Manfred did everything to ensure our trip was seamless. We were greeted at the airport when we arrived and even dropped off when we departed for home. This made our trip so much easier. He really went all out to make sure our trip was a success. From answering questions we had to giving travel advice for Spain Manfred was very responsive and a super host! Fred is thoughtfully designed and well laid out for living in; our stay was very comfortable. We used the wise app for the damage deposit and that was the best option in my opinion. I even received my deposit back in full although there was a chip in the window that occurred during our trip. From beginning to end our experience of renting from Manfred was a pleasure and I would certainly recommend renting Fred to anyone. - Yescapa
The Owner turned up and gave me a handover of the vehicle and how it works. The inside of the vehicle was clean and luxurious with all the mod cons, we had a great trip in the car. I would happily recommend using the owner's vehicle. Thank you. - Yescapa
Arthur is a very friendly and helpful man. He will advise you interesting places to visit. He can help you with anything and answers very quickly. I also went to the highest mountain with the car, there were 3°C outside during the night and thanks to the car insulation and wooden panels, I wasn't cold inside at all. I really enjoyed the whole trip. Recommended! - Yescapa
Booked last minute and had a great experience with Roberto, who answered quickly and replied to all our questions. The vehicle has a guide which he has supplied of places to stay and visit, and this was a super resource. We supported the local cafes, supermarkets and restaurants, and only used the cooking utilities on a few occasions. Our only concern was the portable toilet, as it is very difficult to find places to empty this on the island, so prepare yourself for this before you leave. Otherwise a wonderful experience with the van from Roberto- Thank you. - Yescapa
We had a rough start since Alicia could not show us the vehicle herself. A friend of her helped us instead and unfortunately the vehicle was not in such good shape as expected (broken table, broken windows by the table and in the bathroom - they could not be opened, broken luggage space which could only be reached from the inside of the vehicle). Therefore our initial experience was not very good and we initially requested a refund due to the shape of the vehicle, but that was not possible. We chose to continue with the rental and except from the errors presented above, our experience of the vehicle and the island was very good. The vehicle was comfortable to drive and to administrate. Also, we could contact Alicia if we had any questions along the way. Also, the return of the vehicle was very smooth and we could add cleaning to the contract afterwards. In addition to that, Alicia gave us a ride to the airport whish was very much appreciated by us! - Yescapa
