Wasn't in Scotland long, but boy did we put a lot of miles on the vehicle. Held up very well against some stormy weather and the highland roads. Phil went above and beyond with this rental and we couldn't have been more satisfied. 11/10, would rent again.

We had a great experience with this van as it is beautifully built and well equipped. Marco was always available if we had any questions and helped us organise our trip well with a full set of tutorials and list of contents. Thank you to Laura as well for the assistance in getting to the start point.

The experience was amazing!! Diogo and David were helpful in the planning before our trip and were very responsive during the trip over Whatsapp to answer any questions we had!The van itself has been very well done and has everything you need - more useful things than most airbnbs. Driving was easy - dont be scared by what you read about madeiran roads!

Paula was a really good host. She made sure that we had all the info we needed and sent us instruction videos of the camper. The camper itself was kind of old and you could see that it had been used many times but it was clean and had everything we needed. We had a great adventure at la Gomera.

Incredible team ! Honest and really friendly people. They have been providing the best services that I could imagine. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Jorge was really great - helped us with all of our concerns always answering our questions, as well give us some tips for our travel. Overall experiance was amazing and I recommend you Jorge and this car ;)

We had a great time renting Hugos camper. Super checkin service, everything Nice and clean, quick response and the camper is great for a family - and a big plus that we could bring our dog. Will rent again!

Thank you very much for the rental! The car was great, totally recommend it to anyone. The contact with the owner is easy as well, everything was prepared on time, very smooth. Loved it!

This will be short only because I am terrible at writing these. Best trip ever. Francisco and co. had most to do with making it the best trip ever. Super friendly, picked us up, dropped us off, every aspect and more were covered. The van is very well kept and maintained and that engine is just a workhorse. There is a little bug or two but these actually just give the vehicle a personality. Would do this again in a snap.

"The experience has left us feeling ripped off and taken advantage of. First off the van is hired out from a garage that is very far out of Strasbourg. This was annoying to get transport to. The staff were late to meet us at the pre-arranged time. Multiple things in the van never worked including: -The internal power outlet (so we couldn't use a laptop throughout the trip) Various Internal lights And the front large roof vent. Worst of all they blamed us for breaking the roof vent and without consulting us at have charged over $1000 Euros for the "replacement" of the roof vent. There was no discussion around insurance, or arrangements for what is fair they have just stolen money off us. **********REPONSE DU PROPRIETAIRE********** Bonjour Timothy, nous sommes désolés de votre sentiment négatif. Pour la distance de Strasbourg :nous sommes situés à 35 mn de bus de Strasbourg, nous vous avons conduit à la station de bus,je ne comprend pas comment nous aurions pu rendre votre déplacement plus agréable. Pour la prise électrique:il y avait effectivement un faux contact,mais cela était effectivement facilement reglé si vous nous aviez téléphoné  Pour la lumière qui,soit disant ne fonctionnait pas, nous n’en avons pas connaissance. Pour le lanterneau abîmé : je regrette, et suis surpris que vous l’ayez vécu comme un vol, mais il était détérioré à votre retour,comme consigné dans l’état des lieux de retour,que vous avez signé. Nous vous avons envoyé la facture de la pièce à remplacer. Il n’y a rien d anormal a cela. Nous avons été souple dans les dates de location et nous vous avons offert le forfait nettoyage, de plus nous vous avons envoyé en AUSTRALIE votre drône, oublié dans le van.  Cordialement  Fabien
