The van was perfect, it had everything we needed for a long weekend trio around the Basque Country and is very comfortable. Guillermo was a very helpful host, providing the van in perfect condition and taking the time to show all of its features and provide lots of local recommendations. I would highly recommend hiring this van!

Tina’s campervan is great! Very convenient, with heating system and hot water available. Indoor shower and toilet makes the stay very comfortable. Car was in very good condition, no problem during the whole stay. The only matter was level of indoor cleanliness, which could be a bit better. I totally recommend Tina’s van and the way to explore Ibiza on the wheels.

We had a fantastic experience hiring this van. The van itself is as new, super comfy beds, great amenities inside and outside the van. The owner is very organised, helpful and available. Great communication both at pick up and drop off. We highly recommend. Nous avons eu une expérience fantastique en louant ce mobil-home. Great experience, everything went fine.

We are a couple in their mid 50s and have visited many places in the van life style. Our recent road trip was 16 days all around Greece during the month of April (mid touristic season in Greece) with the Black Fox van from AESOP Van Tours, which we had rented through Yescapa.Everything about this trip was perfect, and Anastasia and the van she rented to us were a big part of this.The van itself is in very good condition, well equipped, functional, drives well and gas (diesel) mileage is very good for a large truck (9 l/100 km on average for a 2000 km journey). And the price was great.Anastasia picked us up at the airport (for free), provided very clear explanations of how the van worked and was always available during our journey to help with anything, either with questions we had about the van, or for travel advice.Not directly related to AESOP Van Tours or the van, but we found Greece a very nice and affordable country to visit in a van. Great experience! Nuno, Sofia, and Joana are extremely professional in handling all stages of the van rental. Their advice on where to stop and what to do on the island was invaluable. The van is functional, comfortable, and very stylish :)

We recently rented a motorhome from Ana, and overall, the experience had its ups and downs. From the outset, Ana was communicative and helpful, providing video tutorials and practical tips for maximizing space and utilizing apps for motorhome parking and services. This proactive approach was genuinely appreciated and set a positive tone for our adventure. However, we faced a few challenges with the vehicle. On the first day, we encountered issues with the gas supply and clean water tank, which depleted unexpectedly fast. Ana was responsive to our queries which helped us manage these initial hiccups. A more significant issue arose with the vehicle's ignition cylinder, which malfunctioned, leaving us unable to start the motorhome and creating a stressful situation as we needed to catch a flight. Ana did her best to accommodate us amidst her work commitments, showing flexibility by adjusting the deposit requirement when we had trouble withdrawing cash, and later by assisting with transport to the airport due to the mechanical failure. Ana proposed an acceptable solution for the repair costs, suggesting we share them, which seemed reasonable given the circumstances. However, the breakdown and subsequent discussions added a layer of complexity to our trip that was somewhat taxing as ignition cylinder doesn't just fall out by turning the key unless they are old and used. In conclusion, while Ana was attentive and made considerable efforts to address issues as they arose, the vehicle's reliability was a concern. I would recommend renters prepare for potential unforeseen challenges and discuss all details thoroughly with Ana to ensure a smooth experience.

We definitely do not recommend Stephánie because she charged us for the cleaning despite having cleaned everything and for a bit of paint (no damage) she charged us 625 euros. He didn't answer our messages. Be careful because she is unfriendly and treated us badly. Be careful when signing the contract, because then it does not fulfill the conditions. She gave us directions within hours of arriving ------- Response owner : non respect de l'administratif, gros retard au départ et à l'arrivé, nettoyage non fait, poubelles laissées dans le véhicule, cassette wc inondée, table extérieure dégoutante, tous le matériel jeté dans le coffre, excès de vitesse, et surtout, tout le flanc gauche rayé par de la peinture jaune et un coin de pare choc définitivement abimé. Ce locataire minimise les dégâts et ne sait pas lire un contrat de location dans lequel toutes les clauses sont reprises" Lui mettre 3* était bien généreux - pas envie d'être aimable avec des gens si peu respectueux

This was our first experience of traveling as a family in a motorhome. Italo showed and explained everything in detail at the meeting, and then was constantly in touch if we had any questions. The motorhome is comfortable and has all the equipment you need. If this is your first time, then don’t be afraid and feel free to rent a motorhome. This is an experience you will never forget!

A 5 star experience, from start to finish alongside being one of the most special holidays I've been on. The car is in excellent condition and very easy to drive. The camping/cooking set up is perfect with a fridge, cooking appliances, battery charger, camping stove. So really all you need to bring for this holiday is your sleeping bag. The hosts couldn't have been more flexible and accomodating, a real human experience which you absolutly wouldn't get with a big car rental agency.

Located near the airport just a 10min ride from FCo. Claudio is a great guy and extremely supportive in every aspect. The Campers age is noticeable however everything works as mentioned and is well maintained.

Lovely family who looked after the van. After noticing a leak in the coolent they quickly informed us and were extremely patient why we sorted the issue and got repairs done. Other renters might have ignored the issue and caused damage to the engine. Nothing negative to say at all. Would recommend again
