Excellent. The service was excellent, the descriptions about the vehicle were very clear and in English, the vehicle was almost new and prepared superbly. The team (Artur and Adrian) couldn't have been more helpful.

My rental experiance was unpleasant from the start. Although my contract indicated the pickup time was 2:00 PM, the owner asked me to come at 3:30 PM, and was 30 minutes late while I waited in 35 degree weather in a parking lot.  During the briefing, we discussed and agreed that I will not return the vehicle clean, and paid an additional 100 euros so the cleaning can be done by the owner. However when I returned the vehicle, which was only slighly dusty, she started giving me a hard time, even though I had paid for it in advance.  There were some minor scratches on the windows, which could happen while camping in the forest, and I indicated that of course it should be deducted from the deposit taken from me, however the owner said she has to keep my deposit for TWO months before she can say how much of the 1,200 euros will be given back to me for some minor scratches. Owner's response / Antwort der Vermieterin:Leider gab es bei dieser Vermietung viele Missverständnisse. Der Mietzeitraum begann 16 Uhr - wie waren so nett und haben das Wohnmobil schon eine halbe Stunde eher an die Mieter rausgegeben. Die Mieter buchten noch Bettwäsche - bis heute nicht bezahlt - und die Endreinigung hinzu - laut vertrag ist das Wohnmobil dann besenrein zurückzugeben. Doch wir bekamen ein völlig verdrecktes und verstaubtes Auto zurück. Das Geschirr war sogar noch nass und  dreckig und drei Trinkbecher  wurden durch andere ersetzt. Die wirklichen Schäden sahen wir bei der Rücknahme: Der Griff vom Besteckfach fehlte, die Lüftungsabdeckung des Kühlschranks fehlte, die Bodenplatte in der Garage, das Furnier im Kleiderschrank und Garage wiesen tiefe Kratzer auf die nicht reparabel sind. Hinzu kommen Kratzer an den Fenstern außen und der Duschtür. Uns ist unerklärlich, wie 3 oder 4 Erwachsene derartige Schäden durch eine Nutzung von nur 7 Tagen erreichen - das hat eine 5-köpfige Familie nicht einmal in 6 Wochen Mietdauer geschafft. Die Rückgabe erfolgte 1h NACH vereinbarter Zeit ohne Ankündigung und Entschuldigung. Zur Krönung bekamen wir nach 3 Monaten Post von der Polizei - Hasti hat uns noch einen schönen Strafzettel wegen Falschparken vor ihrer Haustür hinterlassen. Diesen habe ich ihr geschickt, sie sagte, sie wolle ihn zahlen - doch nach einem Monat bekamen wir wieder Post von der Polizei - bezahlt ist er ebenso bis heute nicht!

Thanks Dina and her husband Carlos for oportunity to had this trip. It was my first trip on Campervan, so I have nothing to compare. Campervan old but in good condition and has just 65000km. And there all equipment for kichen and prepering food. There were 4 of us and we have 4 day trip to south of Portugal. The place to sleep is small but it all depends on your size. I wiil recomended this VAN for your trip.

Perfect vehicle for journey across Spain! Best layout for 4-5 persons. Very powerful engine for any landscapes. Super solar panels give you autonomy for days and days. Salon air-conditioning was turned on just several times but was salvatory. Thank to Lyndsey!

Tom was great at communication - responsive and helpful which made the whole rental experience (first time for us on yescapa) smooth. He even quickly organised a couple of extra bowls from home when we noticed they were missing when picking up the van. The van itself is very spacious as it's the long version of Mercedes Sprinter which is nice when you need to spend more time inside due to weather. The length of the vehicle took some time getting used to when driving/parking but after a few days it was fine. It has everything you need - electricity, cold/hot water, fully equipped kitchen.

Very friendly and considerate renters. Took great care of our camper and returned it in excellent condition and clean. Welcome anytime.

Fantastic campers - Luca and Beatrice were the easies of guests. Their communication was excellent throughout and there were no problems to overcome. They left the campervan super clean. I would definitely recommend them to other owners. 5 stars!

I's a great van, very spacy inside, with all needed equipment, really great to have two big beds always ready for use, without any interfering  with each other and with a kitchen. The condition is very good for a van of that age. There were some minor issues, but nothing really disturbing. No mechanical issues, just turn the ignition key and go, we did more than 2000km. Due to very long tail it has comparably short wheel-base, which makes it maneuverable, on the other hand, long tail tend to hit something on sharp turns. Owner Vitor is very friendly and calm. Answered all my questions very rapidly. Roma.

Vehicle was in good condition. The owners were friendly and communicated everything we needed to know about the vehicle accommodating an early return requested by us at the last minute. No complaints whatsoever. All was good.

The owners spoke great English which helped to communicate every aspect of the van & even help me plan the route & they were always available to contact at anytime to help. The Van was everything I hoped for, reliable and really felt like home for 2 weeks, so I recommend. The only negative was, my son and I aren't tall people & we felt the bed set up was a little restricting in leg length so maybe a bit uncomfortable for taller people, other than that I'd recommend.

We had an overall excelent experience. The van works great and does everything it needs to. It is slightly vintage so if you want a modern full equipped van this is not your car to rent. However, theis awesome van gives you an authentic, fun and real experience of the van life. And most of all, Thiago is a great owner and host, we really cannot begin to describe how helpful, accomodating and understanding he is.

Such a wonderful time spent in the van. It is set up perfectly, thought out well and means an easy trip was had. Would definately do more trips since experiencing the ease of van life.

Really excellent communication all the way through the booking process and when we were on the trip. The camper is really well equipped and was spotlessly clean. Bianca and Roland were very helpful and coordinated drop of and pick up arrangements seamlessly. Would definitely recommend!
