Owner sent a self made guide to every element of the vehicle in advance. Owner does not speak English and my French is quite weak so we had some communcation issues from time to time.Location is quite remote, in an industrial estate, and poorly serviced by public transport. spend 100Euro getting there in a taxi from Bordeaux, took a bolt back upon return and that was only 30-40 Euro. Very conscientious about the vans' maintenance, tutorial on the van took the better part of three hours.  Unfortunatly the TV had been broken by the previous renter and only noticed upon my arrival.  No towels which I'm sure much be listed but was a bit of a surprise.  Van drove well, kilometerage is set by the tarrif you choose on yescapa but then charged at a rate of 50cents per km over chosen limit which feels steep. Expectation that the motorhome will be cleaned inside and out before return or face an additional fee of up to 90 Euro was also a surprise.  Van was a pleasure to drive and comfortably slept me, my wife and our 1 year old. Very fuel efficient if you keep below 110km/hour.  If returning to the same area we'd seriously consider using this rental again.   

I would highly recommend hiring this van. Richard was a very friendly and welcoming owner with an excellent command of English. He explained all the features of the campervan clearly and concisely and was very reassuring when talking through any accident procedures. The van itself was very simple to use and the solar panel allowed us to keep campsite fees down as we had no need of an electric hookup in a fortnight. Plenty of storage in the van (we could have taken lots more kit!) which was spotlessly clean and has all the necessary kitchen equipment, including a good-sized cafetiere. Although we didn’t make use of these features, the van is equipped to go off road to a certain extent and off grid for up to 5 days. If we weren’t buying our own van I would be looking to hire Richard’s again. Thank you so much for facilitating such a great holiday.

The van was increadibly good, had everything we could possible need, had it for 9 days we didn't need to recharge batteries not even once.  The owners are such lovely people who are willing to help with anything and anytime. 

Tommy was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable of the vehicle. Rental experience was great and Tommy was always willing to offer help when needed.

Firstly, the owner is fantastic! Such a great experience to meet and deal with him. Very accommodating. The van was very clean, everything worked as expected. The van itself is pretty old and brakes were a little soft / accelerates very slowly. On our way back there was some smoke entering into the vehicle from the back, possibly just burning oil from underneath the car. But it was just a little and didn’t effect the vehicles operation. I would rent again given we had the van parked in a campground most of the time. If we were driving a lot during our rental, it wouldn’t be the most ideal. But again, it’s a great price and everything about the vehicle did work - cold fridge, working stove, etc. Great if your main goal is to get to and from a campground.

I would highly recommend Clare who looked after my campervan and I had an overall great rental experience. 

Best vacation ever

The owner was very friendly and helpful. When we brought VAN back he drove us to the train station. Also when VAN keys stopped working he brought us new keys in less than 2 hours. Unfortunately that is the only good thing about the service. Camper is in a very bad condition:  The window in the bathroom and in the living room does not work ( it cannot be opened. On the stove, only one of the three burners is working. The refrigerator cannot be locked ( secured) during the drive, so it keeps opening and everything falls out. The ignition key stopped working after one day because the battery was dead, the driver's phone charger doesn't work, so we couldn't charge the phones while driving. We had to pay an etra 30 EUROS for bed linen and towels and we still didn't have anything to cover ourself with. When we took the camper, the water tank was nor refilled, all the dishes were dirty and one of the gas bottles was half empty. We also didn't have a broom to clean the camper and no jack for the spare wheel.***Owner's reply***Hello, unfortunately during the summer camping cars are constantly on the road and if the previous traveler damages a window, I cannot repair it straight away. As for the key, I cannot foresee that the battery will drain while you are traveling but I try to solve it as quickly as possible by reaching you and fixing the problem. As for the spare wheel and the jack, all camping cars have everything needed for an emergency in the garage.

Bem… que experiência ma-ra-vi-lho-sa!!! A Cindy e o Pedro foram muito simpáticos e ultra prestáveis, sempre atentos e rápidos a esclarecer qualquer questão. A caravana é muito confortável e bem equipada com tudo o que é preciso para uns dias perfeitos. Em termos de prestação é potente, compacta, fácil de conduzir. Portou-se lindamente e nós tivemos umas férias de sonho pela Costa Vicentina! Gostámos tanto que ficámos com vontade de ter a nossa própria caravana, mas até lá esta será sempre a nossa primeira escolha. Até breve, querida Laika! ;)

Sva bila s punco že na kar nekaj potovanjih, vendar je biu prav zaradi Bruna to najboljše potovanje do sedaj😃 Vožnja nostalgična, vendar fantasticna, kuhinja, kopalnica, postelje vse perfektono, menjava vode enostavna, ubistvu vse tako kot mora biti :) Susana in Franko pa fantasticni osebi s katerima se da vse zmeniti.  Toplo priporočam!!:)

Ricardo is a very kind owner, when I had any question before the trip or during the trip he always replied in time. The RV was more then perfect. It have a big bed for sleeping, very good shower, additional equipments for outdoor. All in all, I'm truly recommending.

Giovanna was a very good renter. She took amazing care of the bus, and communicated perfectly. Would definitely advise !

The owners was most gracious and understanding. We drove a lot and the camper was very good, just a little problem with the fridge that was easily corrected. Has place for six but only four will be comfortable. Overall an enjoyable experience and an insight into this kind of camping.

Our experience was awesome. The owners were very nice and willing to pick us up at the airport. We were able to communicate, despite the language barrier. The car was in great condition and included everything as it was described. It smelled good and everything was clean, including washed bed linen and towels. It has a good organizational system, so we were able to keep things organized. We definitely reccomend it.

Mitchell and Stefi were very friendly Aussie people. They already had experience with Vans in Australia which made it super easy. It all went well apart from the button of the burners who got loosed with the vibration. It's back in now 😁. Thanks guys for the Wallis wine 🍷. 

Fantastic. Nuno so was super hospitibal and provided everything we needed. He even dropped us at the station after we dropped off the van - so lovely

La autocaravana esta genial, completamente equipada con los detalles cuidados e incluso con cosas de cortesia. Hay que destacar sin duda lo limpia que estaba la autocaravana, de 10. Ruben y Maria son fantasticos anfitriones, amables, atentos, y preocupados porque tengas la mejor experiencia. La unica parte no perfecta de nuestra experiencia fue que hubo un problema con la nevera previo a nuestra llegada y no la pudimos usar, pero los dueños hicieron todo lo posible por su parte por arreglarlo y compensarlo cuando vimos que no era posible. Totalmente recomendable!

the rental process was very easy. Martin was wonderful to work with. He had everything laid out for the van with a book with all the details, he walked us through the van and answered all our questions. He took time prior to the rental to ensure we understood the process. We had a wonderful time traveling throughout Switzerland and Italy and would do it again!

The van was very cosy and very practical, we could park anywhere because it was a converted van, the owners are so lovely and helpful. Amazing experience.
