A discreet and unpretentious van to freely discover the secrets of Champagne!

The interior layout is simple to maintain a completely neutral appearance from the outside. This allows you to sleep anywhere while drastically reducing the risk of being disturbed.

We’ve also opted for a real mattress, just like at home (140x190 cm), over 15 cm thick for added comfort.

The indoor living space is therefore limited to the sleeping area and the toilet.

Pets are welcome under two conditions: you must bring all your own bedding (140x190 cm bed, 240x260 cm duvet, and two 63x63 cm pillows), as well as a clean blanket to cover the front seat.

We provide:

• Full dishware set for 2 people (including Champagne flutes)

• Cleaning kit (sponge + dish towels + dish soap + trash bag)

• Single-burner gas stove

• Italian coffee maker

• Chemical toilet

• 12V cooler (note: not a fridge)

• 2 folding chairs

• 1 folding table

• Bed sheets

• EcoFlow 720 Wh battery (220V + USB-USBC outlets)

• Solar panels

• 2 wheel chocks

• First aid kit

• Set of pétanque balls (2x3)

• Mosquito lamp

Optional extras:

• Inflatable 2-person canoe (Itiwit) – €50 per stay

• 3x3m canopy – €15 per stay

• Cleaning service – €45 per stay

You can park your vehicle on-site during your stay (paved parking with a gate at the entrance).

We are located 100 meters from the Ay-Champagne train station.

The van will be handed over clean inside and out, with a full tank of diesel and AdBlue. It must be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, the cleaning fee and the cost of any missing fuel will be charged.
