Los vehículos de alquiler tienen un seguro de flota de responsabilidad civil con Allianz, es un seguro a terceros para 1 conductor. Cualquier daño al vehículo alquilado y su equipo estándar que fueron causados por el arrendatario deben ser compensados. Si hubiera cualquier daño en el vehículo, el arrendatario se hará responsable de todos los costes sin límite de fianza (1000€). Si quieres incluír otro conductor y bajar la franquicia y la fianza te ofrecemos 1 paquete de protección: → Protección 'Plus' por 20€ al día reduce la franquicia y la fianza a 500€. Con este paquete el arrendatario paga un máximo de daños de 500€. El segundo conductor está incluido en el contrato (robo y daño total está excluido del paquete de protección). → Si solo quieres incluir otro conductor sin bajar la franquicia y la fianza cobramos 5€/día. Si tienes algún problema con tu furgoneta durante tu viaje, estaremos a tu disposición para hacer todo lo posible para resolver el problema. En un radio de 150 km organizaremos un servicio de grúa para llevarte de vuelta a nuestro garaje. Si estás más lejos, coordinaremos la grúa para que te lleve al taller más cercano, para que la furgoneta sea reparada lo más rápido posible.

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure security
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
