Insurance
Enthalten in der Mietrate ist die Haftpflichtversicherung mit 100.000.000€ pauschal für Personen -, Sich- und Vermögensschaden (max. 15.000.000€ je geschädigte Person!) inklusive Umweltschäden nach dem Umweltschadensgesetz bis 5.000.000€ pro Versicherungsfall ohne Selbstbeteiligung. Enthalten in der Mietrate die Kaskoversicherung: Die Kaskoversicherung dahingegen kümmert sich um den Werterhalt des versicherten Kfz. Sie ist, sowohl als Teilkaskoversicherung, als auch Vollkaskoversicherung, eine freiwillige Zusatzversicherung. Übrigens: Der Begriff Kasko wird aus dem Spanischen abgeleitet, wo „casco“ unter anderem Schiffsrumpf bedeutet. Die Versicherung für das „Fahrzeug“ wurde nämlich früher bereits vor der Entwicklung des Kfz für Schiffe ohne Ladung und ohne Technik abgeschlossen. In Deutschland wird zwischen einer Teilkasko- und einer Vollkaskoversicherung für Fahrzeuge unterschieden. Bei der Teilkasko werden je nach Tarif Schäden am eigenen Fahrzeug durch Hagel, Sturm, Blitzschlag, Überschwemmung und Lawinen. Die Teilkasko-Grunddeckung schließt auch Glasbruch oder Kurzschluss an der Verkabelung mit ein. Die Tarife „Komplett“ und „Top Drive“ decken zudem auch Schäden durch Erdbeben, Erdfall, Erdrutsch, Muren und Vulkanausbruch. Auch Schäden durch Feuer, Explosion, Diebstahl oder Zusammenstößen mit Haarwild werden in der Teilkasko übernommen. Die Vollkaskoversicherung bietet den umfassendsten Schutz. Sie greift zusätzlich zu den Punkten aus der Teilkasko auch bei jeglichen Verkehrsunfällen und Schäden, die durch Vandalismus entstehen.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure security
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
