Insurance Documents In order to make your pick up as quick and painless as possible, we ask to receive the following documents for all drivers before departure so that we already have everything we need and you can get straight on the road! • Copy of UK/EU Driving licence with address displayed • DVLA check number – you can get a code here - www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence • 2 Further Proofs of Address per person. These include: + Utility bills (e.g.water, gas, electricity, broadband/home phone, TV licence) NOT mobile +Council tax bills +Bank statements, including e-statements (can be 1 proof but NOT both) All proofs must clearly state your name and address (matching your licence) and all must be dated within 90 days of the hire start date. Extra charge for additional drivers

Roadside assistance
If the vehicle is immobilised following a breakdown or an incident, you will be covered by the assistance provided by the owner. A dedicated number will allow you to contact the assistance company and will inform you about the treatment steps.

Secure payment
When you pay on Yescapa, the vehicle owner's remuneration is kept in a single and secure wallet until the day after you leave on rental. So, no unpleasant surprises, the owner welcomes you on the day of departure to prepare your first steps with his vehicle. A few days later, the remuneration arrives in the owner's bank account.

Departure security
If you are unable to start your rental due to a vehicle breakdown or for reasons related to the owner, our team will offer you other vehicles that meet your travel criteria, or you will be fully reimbursed.
