Nicola's Converted van

Hiring my van is a wonderful way to experience the beauty of Scotland and all it has to offer! You will spend your holiday touring in comfort, with everything you need to make your trip memorable and fun!  

My VW T30 Startline Camper conversion is a manual 5 gear with a 2 litre diesel engine. It has 3 front facing seats and 2 in the rear - it will sleep 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children comfortably, although 4 adults could use for a short period of time).

The luxurious interior includes a double bed in the pop-up roof and a folding double bed with memory foam in the lower section; a cosy double duvet, pillows and 2 sleeping bags are provided for your comfort. The double front seat swivels to face inward and can move forward to the dining table.  

For easy cooking, we have a thermostatically controlled Wallas diesel cooker/heater fitted in the van (no gas required and no naked flame). There is a small sink with electric operated tap and 20L cold water storage.

For power, we have a fitted hook-up point, 3 plug points (useable only on electric hook–up), USB point, and a 12v socket. We also have a fridge with small freezer, cooking, cutlery and cleaning items and an outdoor solar shower.

The van is fitted with 2 leisure batteries which can give up to 4 days of power (depending on consumption) for those who wish to experience wild camping.

I have a sat nav and dash cam fitted to windscreen, for easy navigation and safety.

Also fitted is a bike rack (for 2 bikes) and an awning for fully enjoying the outdoors. A folding table and 2 folding chairs are also kept in the van for your use.
