When will I be able to contact the owner ?
If the instant reservation option is activated on the ad, you can reserve the vehicle in just one click, without waiting for the owner's acceptance! As soon as the reservation is confirmed, you'll have immediate access to the internal messaging system and the owner's telephone contact details, so you can speak directly with them.
Good to know:
- Instant booking simplifies the process: there's no need to wait for the owner's approval, you're directly committed once the request has been made.
- For standard bookings (without the instant booking option), you will need to send a booking request. The owner may or may not accept your request. However, even after acceptance, the booking will not be confirmed until you have made payment. Until then, you are not yet committed.
