Compulsory Civil Liability;

Voluntary Civil Liability;

Damage to the vehicle with excess. This warranty is applied to any accidental damage to the vehicle caused by a collision, theft, fire, explosion or other incident of accidental nature;

Driver's personal accidents;

Structural elements of the vehicle (covering, floor, windows, doors);
-
The fixed elements of the vehicle (kitchen, cabinets, sanitary facilities, water, gas and air conditioning installation).
Excess
The contractual excess deducted from the amount of damage suffered by the rental vehicle, including broken glass, amounts to £1,500 for all holders of a driving license issued in the Kingdom -United or Europe and for holders of an international driving license residing in the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand. Drivers holding an international license residing in a country other than those previously mentioned are subject to a contractual excess of £1,700.
In the event of theft through breach of trust, the contractual excess will be increased by 25% of the value of the vehicle or £1,500, whichever is greater (£1,700 if the driver is subject to this excess).
An insurance excess applies, according to the following principle "one incident = one excess to pay". Each excess will be determined according to the nature of the incident.
Terms
Conditions of entry of vehicles belonging to the owners in the insurance scheme

Cover available for rentals for leisure vehicles registered in the UK valued between £5-£80K and weighing less than 3.5T;

Regular and thorough technical checks of the vehicle carried out according to regulations.
Conditions of eligibility of the driver(s) in the insurance policy:

The driver's age must be between 25 and 73 years old;
-
Full category B driving licenses issued in the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, Canada, New Zealand and Australia that were obtained more than 2 years ago are eligible. If your license was issued in another country, please contact our team: we will submit the request to our insurer;

A maximum of two drivers is allowed under the above conditions and must be declared before departure.
Driver Convictions:
If a driver has previous convictions that resulted in having points, please contact our team to verify the driver's eligibility. If you have more than 6 points, please refer to Yescapa. Confirmation of acceptance must be noted by Yescapa.
Any points - based convictions with endorsement codes IN, CD, LC, AC are declined. Please refer to the Exclusions section at the bottom of the page.
If you hold a UK driving licence:
All notifiable conditions have been notified to the DVLA and will be checked by our team before departure.
Use

Social, Domestic Pleasure only;

The maximum length of stay outside of the UK is limited to 15 days per rental;

The Vehicle Owner’s Insurance provides full policy cover whilst travelling in the following countries: Great Britain, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, any EU Country and also Norway, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Hungary, Liechtenstein and Iceland;

For trips outside of the UK (involving the countries listed above), a Green Card provided by Yescapa must be carried in the vehicle during the rental;

The rental must start and end within the UK;
-
The insurance coverage is strictly limited to the rental period.
Exclusions
Damage resulting from an accidental, sudden and unforeseen incident during the hire of a rented vehicle through Yescapa and whose cost of repair exceeds the amount of the deductible is covered. Any damage resulting from misuse or negligence is excluded from coverage.
Some drivers are excluded from insurance coverage:
Driver Previous Motoring Incidents, Accidents and Claims:

No more than 1 Fault Accident Claim per driver in last 3 years;

No more than 2 NON-Fault Accident Claims per driver in last 3 years;
-
No FIRE or THEFT claims in last 3 years.
Driver Adverse Insurance History:

Have not been refused any motor vehicle insurance or continuance thereof;
-
Have not had a previous insurance cancelled;
-
Have not had increased terms or premium applied to a previous insurance;
-
Have not been convicted or charged (but not yet tried) with any criminal offence other than a motoring conviction.
Certain professions are excluded from insurance coverage
Drivers must not have any of the following occupations (including agents and consultants involved in or connected with):

Hawking or general dealers (e.g. market traders, merchants, second hand clothes dealers or any similar activity);

Scrap merchants, vehicle dismantlers, or breakers;

Professional Gambling (other than as a clerical worker)
-
Professional athletes ;
-
Entertainment Professions (including part-time);
-
The armed forces of non-UK countries;

Students ;
-
Unemployed persons;
-
Social Media Influencers (unless Referred and Noted by First Underwriting Limited).
